Replacement Shower Head Filters

1. Unscrew the Shower Head Base

Hold the shower head firmly and twist the bottom section counterclockwise to open it. Use a cloth or rubber gloves if you need extra grip.

2. Remove the Used Filter

Pull out the old filter carefully, ensuring you don’t disturb any internal parts.

3. Insert the New Filter

Place the new filter into the housing, making sure it’s aligned and sits securely without forcing it.

4. Reattach the Base

Twist the bottom section back on clockwise. Tighten it firmly, but avoid over tightening.

Replace your filter once it turns brown. Timing will vary based on your water quality and usage. Most customers change theirs weekly with regular use. Each pack includes three filters, enough for about one month. Simply monitor the colour and swap it out as it darkens.
